Senior Company Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Perform company secretarial duties for Hong Kong private & offshore companies.

  • Prepare statutory forms, arrange for filings and maintain and update statutory records.

  • Assist in preparing annual compliance documents including Annual Return and Annual General Meeting.

  • Assist in preparing circulars, board papers, board minutes and resolutions and assigned tasks; and

  • Assist in ad hoc project.

Requirements

  • Higher Certificate/Diploma or above of Corporate Governance or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years related working experience gained in professional firms in company secretarial practice.

  • Candidates with less experience will consider as Junior position.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and preferable Mandarin).

  • Excellent computer skills including CSA, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

  • Willing to learn, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and detail-minded; and

  • Immediate availability is advantageous.

Senior Accounting Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily accounting operation included:

  • Responsible for preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger and expense reimbursement transactions.

  • Review other accounting team members to perform other daily accounting duties.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in accounting related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years related working experience gained in accounting field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Good in Excel) and experience in using accounting system.

Associate (Risk Management Advisory Team)

Responsibilities

  • Provide outsourced internal audit services to our clients across various industries locally and internationally;

  • Develop and review risk management frameworks and policies;

  • Assist organizations to maintain effective and efficient controls, in order to manage organizational and strategic risks;

  • Conduct various advisory tasks such as enterprise risk management under ISO31000, COSO Framework etc., compliance reviews and controls related projects, such as PN21/PN2 under the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong;

  • Assist in operational risk assessment process including collect and verify data for evaluation of operational risk level;

  • Participate and provide risk comments in product development and business projects;

  • Keep abreast of market news including customer data protection and fraud prevention;

  • Assist our clients in the risk management process; and • Handle ad hoc matters assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Risk Management/Corporate Governance or related disciplines;

  • 0-1 years’ experience in internal audit and risk services;

  • Student member/member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia/IIA or equivalent qualification is preferred;

  • Practical experience in internal audit & risk management;

  • Attention to detail, able to work independently and as a team member;

  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;

  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior executives of client management;

  • Good command of written English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage;

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word & Excel and Chinese word processing is required;

Description

Requirements

Trainee (Financial Advisory Team)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handle assignments independently;

  • Involving in public offerings, listings, due diligence and private placements;

  • Assist in analyze financial results of clients’ companies;

  • Assist in providing support to clients regarding different regulatory regimes, listing rules and related regulations;

  • Keep up-to-date on regulatory developments;

  • Assist in preparing business plans and IPO business proposals; Developing effective business relationships with clients; and

  • Handle ad hoc matters assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in accounting or related discipline;

  • Student member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA or other relevant professional bodies;

  • 0-1 year of accounting/audit experience in any field;

  • Self-motivated, willing to take job ownership, manage deadlines and able to work as a team player;

  • Proficient in MS Excel and word and knowledge of computerized accounting system is highly preferred;

  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill is highly preferred;

  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; and

  • Immediate availability is preferred.
