Listed in May 2017 on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 8365), the Hatcher Group Limited (stock code 8365.hk) is formed as a result of the acquisition of the APEC Group by the VBG Group, the former a business service solutions provider and the latter a financial services provider.
